I just need to talk about something. It’s generally about girls and their insecurites. Hmm..Let’s say you know or think you’re fat and if you think you need to drop a couple pounds, then do it. But I mean like excercise and get fit, eat healthier. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. That’s like the stupidest thing to do. Let’s see what starving yourself does to you shall we?
Starving yourself is just very stupid and for the most desperate people. It doesn’t get you anywhere. In fact, it makes you fatter. If you don’t eat, of course you’ll get very hungry. And if you’re growing, that’s not good. You need nutrition and other good things that food gives you. Like energy. Oh man, I sound like one of those doctors x_x Anyway, so I learned if you starve yourself, you could get something bad in your stomach. Like your stomach acids will eat away at your stomach. I dunno. And if you’re so hungry, whatever you eat later, your body will store away as fat. Because it won’t know when the next time you’re gonna eat. So you just got fat. Nice job. T_T So much for getting skinnier. And also, it’s a stupid thing. You need food. Otherwise you die. Need I say more?
But the better way to lose weight and get fitter is, what else, but to excercise? Yea, that’s right. You don’t want to? Your loss. If you’re starving yourself, you’re getting nowhere. In fact, you’re going the opposite direction of where you want to go. If you really want to lose weight and determined to do so, excercise. If you’d rather starve yourself, then you’re one lazy butt. Yea I don’t use ass. I dont’ know why now. Get off your fat lazy bum and do excercises. Don’t sit there and starve yourself. T_T You look pathetic doing it, no offense. Not having the willpower and stuff to excercise. Do crunches, pushups, workout dvds, sports, etc. It will make you feel better and you’ll lose the pounds and get an energy boost. You’ll actually maybe be able to run a better mile time. If you have the willpower. If you don’t, then you got to get it. Like don’t give up. Even if you just excercise for an hour or so everyday, you’ll get results. Aha, I actually found out Kayssie excercises too :o
